We accept payment by: Debit or Credit card through Paypal & Google Checkout. Payments are accepted 24 hours a day through PayPal's & Google Checkout's secure server payment system.
For products dispatched from our Hong Kong centers our preferred carrier is Hong Kong Post and will be shipped as a "Gift". Standard shipping by Hong Kong Post does not include tracking, however we do offer tracking for a small fee detailed in the Sellers Postage Options below. Standard delivery times for Hong Kong Post are 7 - 14 days from date of dispatch and items with tracking can be tracked online
Refund & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event of a product being delivered damaged, dead on arrival or if a fault occurs within 7 days of receipt we can either exchange or repair the product depending on the individual item. In such instances please email us directly and we will deal with your request within 24 hours.
12 & 24 Month Warranty Policy
For products supplied with either a 12 or 24 month warranty we again offer an exchange or repair for your specific items. If your product does develop a fault within the warranty period please email us directly and we will advise of the procedure within 24 hours.
